By accessing or using GymVerse ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

GymVerse is a fitness tracking application that allows users to log workouts, track progress, create custom workout splits, and share fitness content with other users. The App is provided "as is" and "as available."

3. User Accounts

When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create (workout splits, exercise data, etc.). By sharing content publicly, you grant GymVerse a non-exclusive license to display and distribute that content within the App.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Share harmful, offensive, or misleading content
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or overload our services
• Impersonate other users or entities
• Use automated tools to access the App
• Interfere with advertisements displayed in the App

6. Health Disclaimer

GymVerse provides fitness tracking tools for informational purposes only. The App is NOT a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider before starting any exercise program. We are not responsible for any injuries or health issues that may arise from following workout plans or using the App.

7. Advertisements

GymVerse displays advertisements through Google AdSense. By using the App, you acknowledge that advertising helps support free access to our services. You agree not to click on ads fraudulently or use ad-blocking software that interferes with our ability to display ads.

8. Intellectual Property

The GymVerse name, logo, and all related graphics, designs, and software are the property of GymVerse. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GymVerse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for premium services, if any.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of significant changes.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Maharashtra, India.
